Our refund policy is very simple – we don’t accept refunds. All payments, including deposits, events, coaching or course payments, are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
This is a little bit about tough love…Here’s why:
We sell online products and trainings that are delivered instantly. These were built with 20+ years of knowledge and experience, and carefully designed, which takes some time. The additional 1-1 help, time and energy for every product and service is of significant value, and none of that is return-able.
If you change your mind, it may mean that you’re avoiding the growth that will come with these products and services, either consciously or subconsciously. (Remember, your subconscious is very comfortable right where it is: binge-watching TV on the couch in leggings, having some “me” time with drinks and snacks. It does not want to change the channel, and is not going to share the remote. Sometimes you have to push a little harder to move past it and claim your own comfy spot.)
Please, please be willing to invest the time in yourself that you deserve. You are worth it. Make a commitment to yourself and to your business, and do the work to grow from our time together. (That’s actually what you’ve paid me to help you do, yes?)
Here’s what I know to be true: You decided to purchase from me in order to grow yourself, your business and your future. Keep this promise to yourself.
